Dear Team,
One of employee hired (15 May 2015) at executive level and he is starting getting Privilege Leave (PL) and Other Leave (OL). As per the organization policy he get the OL (manual assignment for whole year i.e. 01.01.xxxx to 31.12.xxxx on prorate basis) while PL generated through time evaluation on annual basis.
Now the employee eligible for PL =xx and OL=xx at the end of April 2016
After one year end user find that above employee hired as management Trainee, as per policy he is only eligible for OL and not eligible for PL.
As per policy after confirmation employees are eligible for OL and PL.
How to make correction for PL after one year?
Thank you!
Regards,
Rakesh
If no Leave was taken from PL Leave, then you should be able to delete the Quota easily.
If the employee has taken Leave from the PL Leave, you have 2 solutions:
- Delete the Absences for PL Leave and create other Absences on the same dates;
- Make a Quota Adjustment to eliminate the Quota Balance left and create a Note on the PL Leave Quota to explain that the employee should not have had PL Leave but mistake was made and the "past" was left untouched.

Your initial query was about Quota Corrections.
Has that query been answered?
If so, please start a new Discussion Thread with a relevant Object if you have an other query, and note that you should first visit the Time Evaluation Wiki, help.sap.com and search the web as there are many Discussion Threads and Documents on the generation of Quotas through Time Evaluation.
Are you looking to make a Correction to the PL Leave Generation Rules or to the PL Leave Allowance?
If it is to the Leave Generation Rules, then you should start by looking at your current configuration in the tables (through the IMG, under Time Management > Time Data Recording and Administration > Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas) and in the Time Evaluation Schema (look into the Time Evaluation Log on the last day of the Month).
Note that the Dates in IT0041 can be used in the configuration of a Quota or in a pcr.

From what you mentioned, it seems that Management and Management Trainees share the same ESG Grouping for Quotas and PSA Grouping for Quotas, or that the employee was never retroactively reassigned to a Management Trainee position.
You can create a Quota Adjustment (IT2013) to make the appropriate correction, retroactively to his hiring (2015.05.15).
Hello Janet,
Next time, please create your own query instead of posting a new query under someone else's discussion.
In the top right section of the Welcome SCN screen, under the header "Find Top SCN Resources", you should be able to find the hyperlink to the Wiki Homepage.
Then, under the header "Solutions", look for the hyperlink to the "ERP Human Capital Management" Wiki, and then follow the hyperlink to "Core Area", where you will finaly be able to see the hyperlink to HCM Time Management.
will you do any confirmation action for the those employee? if so you can replicate the confirmation date in IT0019 (Monitoring Task). then this date you can use in table V_T559D. and select the confirmation date as a drop down value in the field "No deduction before"
