Confirmations is not displayed for Team Shopping cart

Hi All,

I have the below scenario.

User A and User B are substitutes for each other.

User B creates one shopping cart and mark it as team cart.

User A creates confirmation for this team cart.
If logging on as user A, this user will be able to see this confirmation in both tab 'Confirmation' and 'Confirmation for team carts'.

If logging on as user B, this user will only be able to see this confirmation in 'Confirmation' tab.

But in my case with User A I am not able to see any Confirmation in 'Confirmation' and 'Confirmation for team carts' tab.

Kindly suggest what action needs to be taken.

Hello,

for your first statement:

"If logging on as user B, this user will only be able to see this confirmation in 'Confirmation' tab."

This is not correct: SC creator, Requester and Recipient are able to see SC/PO Confirmations

For the second statement:

what are the criteria for your confirmation query?

Hi Laurent,

My requirement is as below.

User A create the Team SC.

User B approve the Team SC.

User A creates the confirmation of the Team SC.

Now once the Confirmation is created, User A is able to see the confirmation in the "Confirmation" tab but not in the Confirmation for team carts' tab"

and User B is also able to see the confirmation in the "Confirmation" tab.

I want the Confirmation created from the Team Shopping Cart should get listed in the "Confirmation for team carts".

Kindly suggest if I am missing some thing or how standard works ?

Hi Chirag, Please goto transaction BBP_PD, display the confirmation, goto header details and check if field PURCHTEAM is filled with value TEAMCART. Meanwhile, please verify if there was "take over" action during the process. Once the shopping cart is taken over by a substitute, it means that the follow on documents that are created will pertain to the USER ONLY. Best Regards, Stanley

Dear Stanley,

I have checked the value of PURCHTEAM at the header level and it is coming blank in my case, even though I have checked the Checkbox for the Team Shopping Cart.

Also there is no "take over" action happening during this process.

I am facing this issue since the field PURCHTEAM is coming blank. As in the debugging I have change the value of the field to TEAM CART, then after refresh of the query I can see the confirmation in the "Confirmation for Team Cart".

Kindly suggest what can be done to remove this issue.
