right click not working for Transaction iview in portal 7.0

Dear All,

Right click in not working in transaction Iview, in attached screen shot of iview.

When I want to right clicl in any folder it is not working just one circle is rounding and nothing open.

But when I check with backend ecc system right click is working fine on folder.

Please suggest if any idea.

I am facing this issue in production environment.
