Issue with Accessing HANA-cloud-on-demand Platform from HANA Studio (V 2.0.18)

Hi Expert,

I have created an User in SAP HANA cloud platform from <https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com> . I have started the database as well.

Now once I am trying to access this HANA instance from my HANA studio, I am getting the attached error.

I have checked the error log as well, and it is showing the following error.

I am not able to solve this. Could you please help me to solve this issue.
