Vacant Positions not coming at EREC Portal

Dear experts,

We are using Integrated Scenario of SAP E-RECRUITMENT.

We are facing strange issue, that Vacant Positions are not appearing at Create Requisition Request Scenario via Recruiter, whereas ORG UNITS are appearing there.

This is working fine at Quality, but creating trouble at Production Portal.

Looking for your support.

Best,

Pran

Hello Pran,

to be on the same page are you talking about the requisition request (= the adobe interacive form which usually managers use to request a requisition over a workflow) or in the requisition maintenance of the requiter (= the web dynpro application recruiters use to create or maintain requisitions)?

Kind regards

Roman

It is requisition maintenance of the recruiter (= the web dynpro application recruiters use to create or maintain requisitions)?

Hi Roman,

Thanx for your kind reply.

I am talking about Requisition Maintenance of Recruiter ( Web Dynpro application).

Pran

Hello Pran,

as you are in an integrated scenario where eRecruiting and the other HR Core components are running on the same sap server, check the following two things:

Check table T77RCF_OIUNIT there should be an entry with UNIT = 207, OTYPE = S, INTEGRATED = X, CLASSNAME = <empty>. If this entry is missing, add it to the table. Text should be Vacancy.

Check switch in table T77S0 with GRPID = RECFA and SEMID = HRRFC. Even in the integrated scenario eRecruiting uses this RFC connection to get the vacany information for positions. As T77S0 is a customizing table its content is transported. So if you have not set the value to NONE you might have transported the RFC name of the QA system to the Production system which does not exist there or is not set up properly. You might have to directly maintain this entry on the system itself which will require to open the system to be changable for a short period of time.

If both things are fine and you still encounter problems check the authorizations for the RFC call. Sometimes QA tests are done with other authorizations than the ones applied to users in Production.

Kind regards

Dear Roman,

Thanx for your valuable inputs.

I have checked production system and below are findings :

Table : T77S0

GRPID = RECFA, SEMID = HRRFC , its value is set to RFC of Production system.

Table : T77RCF_OIUNIT

Entry related to position is exsists in this table.

So, all entries are there in Production system as you suggested above.

Even we assigned SAP_ALL to the Recruiter as well but unfortunately no success.

Please assist for any further actions or diagnosis.

Best Regards,

Pran
