MDG 8 Account CR and FSI CR.

Hi all,

I found that for Group account creation is imperative create FSI entity. I cannot found the standard procedure in a document. Create first FSI CR or first ACCOUNT CR. In any case, I have a request to create only one CR to create both entities. Like CELEM (Cost Element), ACCOUNT CR allows one-step creation of CELEM. How can we automatize this process? Once ACCOUNT CR is activated, the FSI will be create and activate automatically.
