Not able to assign mess charactersitcs to destn-specific target fields

Hi SAP Guru,

i have created a process message characteristic in o13c but i am not able to assign message characteristics to destn-specific target fields.when i pressing F4 i dont see any fields that are being mapped to the created process Message characteristic>please help

below is snap shot after i am pressing F4 in the process message charateristics

As you can see there is no target field that has been mapped to ZPPPI_TEMP_MSG.Do i need to ask the destination system to make me visible target field this characteristcs?

Hello,

In transaction O03C Define target fields

In O12C: Customizing is plant specific.

here assign the Process instruction category to set of predefined characteristics
