Can I customize the portal fields shown?

I'm using PD 16.5.5, trying to show off the repository portal to some business folks, and they asked a simple question that has me stumped.

Can I change the fields displayed in the "Info" page for given objects?

For instance, when I select a model, in the General section, it just displays the Code and Default diagram.  I would like it to include the model type (Physical Data Model, Business Process Model, etc.) and other typical attributes from the model.

Also, in one of my architectural models I have a bunch of applications modeled, and for each I have extended attributes with important contextual information about each application.  Again, the General section is sparse and I would like to include many, if not all of the attributes I have added.

So, how do I manage this?  The information displayed in the portal is very incomplete.  To make it useful to my business users, I need more.

    Hi Mike,

A simple way to show the extended attributes in the portal is to add them on a form of the corresponding object in your model extension.

    for example:

    - add an extended attribute "My Extended Attribute" to e.g. metaclass table

    - add a form "My form" to the table and add your extended attribute "My Extended Attribute" to the form

    - enter some content for your extended attribute of a table

    - check in extension and model into the repository

You should see the information of the additional form "My form" in the portal, now. For us this works fine.

We checked in our model extensions into the repository library. But I am not sure if this is really necessary...

    Hope I could help?!

    Best regards,
