Hi,
Additional authorization will not block UDF, it will block SAP form. For example, if you use Form 150, it will block whole item master data.

Hi,
Go to Additional Authorization and click on new.
Enter unique authorization ID, Name and in Option select Full/None/Read.
In Forms ID, Click on Edit button and write Form no. for OITM may be 150 or -150 (for UDF) - Just check in Item Master Data through System Information
Click Add or Update.
Then by doing this you set authorization from General Authorization Window for particular users for Read,Full and None.
