Loading transaction data into BW based on URL and JSON

I have a requirement to load external, non SAP, data into BW. The source system administrator has provided a URL, which when selected, provides a JSON file that can be opened or saved. This file contains the required transaction data. Does anyone know how we can load this data into BW?
