Kindly suggests, how can i Maintained backlogs maintenance Orders(maintenance order-before implementation SAP activity) in SAP PM.

HI Sushant,

What is you business requirement. Your client wants to continue work order scheduling/material assignment/confirmation activities on work orders to be continued in SAP?

if not, then you can create historical orders in SAP. If yes, then you need to post cost to respective GL/cost center ( cost incurred till go live date) using JV voucher entries & create all existing orders as it is using a batch upload program so that further execution can be recorded in SAP.

Hi Sushant,

You can create using IW61. But make sure you complete financial aspects of those orders. Also note that you can not do planning/resource assignment with historical orders.
