SAP S/4 HANA Migration

We are planing to migrate our ECC6 EHP 7 Sybase  Windows 2012/R2 system to S/4 HANA.

Please help me to which is the best solution and how to migrate.....?

Hi Sajmal,

Your question is quite broad i.e no simple answer .. Migration or conversion on S4H depends on several parameters on As is and To be state. Suggest you to refer below links and post specific questions
