BPC process chain email automation

Hi Experts,

We are having a requirement of email automation for process chain failure at one of our client, so I had used process type BPC Email in my process chain to fulfil the requirement but we are not getting any email when process chain fails at any point, I had checked SCOT settings with basis team also that are perfectly fine.

Secondly I had tried create message option for a particular PSA load and that is working fine, whenever that load is failed we are getting an email regarding this but the problem is we can not use create message for all the process types because the chain is very big and contains around 120 process types, so instead of create message we want to use BPC email process type for this purpose.
