complaint management in sap c4c


Hi peers,

Im working for a client which manufacturers alloys. They don't have much of service process. The process that they have post sales is mostly related to the quality of the material. For eg purchase return, the weight of the quantity was less so compensation. Can anyone please guide how to map this process in C4c. The client uses the quality system in ECC
