No evaluation path specified for structural evaluation, Message number 5A249

Hello,

I have the same problem as Ahmed Assem and I find anywhere, how I can solve the problem with the diagnosis: You want to start structural reporting, but you have not specified an evaluation path according to table T778A.

See the link below:

When I start the transaction PPST to feed e.g. SBESX which is in table T778A, I cannot save the entry because the save button is deactivated, so that show the entry only and do not transfer in the PPOME.

Furthermore I found an article from Prasad with the same question, look at this: SCN: Message List - SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) but without any helpful answer to the problem.

Can somebody help me, please?

Thanks!

Sebnem

Are you using structural authorizations? Can you send a screenshot of T77PQ and T77UA?

Yes, I am.

Here the screenshots:

Looks like there is no authorization profile assigned to your user id in T77UA. Just to confirm that this is the cause of the error, create an entry in T77UA with your user name & Auth Profile ALL.

If your error is resolved, you know that this is the cause. You can then work on assigning a suitable structural auth. profile instead of ALL.

thanks for your attention. Now i have entered the entry but nothing are solved. Still i have the same warning when I start the t-code PPOME.

I'm confused.

So it's not related to structural auth. Can you click on the long text of the message and send a screenshot?

Hi,

In table T77PQ, select the authorization profile ALL and then double click on the “authorization profile maintenance” folder under the column on the left side. This would open up a different table -> T77PR. Over there, can you check if you have entered a value in the “Eval. Path” field?

Hope this helps.

the eval. path field is empty. Should I make an entry here?
