Import problems, StructuralX exception

Hi,

We are facing a problem when importing MDM files.

I have downloaded an example file from the Production system and try to import into Q-system.

The file is placed in the Ready folder, and moved to Exception folder with StructuralX exception.

When I open the Import Manager, I am able to open the Port with the exception.

I try to execute the import manually, but am unable. The system throws the following error:

Import failed. Insufficient rights for operation

I have authorization to create and update records in the system.

We have checked the file system, and all rights should be correct there also.

Why are we getting a StructuralX exception when I can open the file in the map manually?

What does the Insufficient rights message mean?

This file was imported in the productions system, so it should be allowed in Q also.

The reason was that large files was not completely loaded to the Ready folder before MDIS picked it up.

The solution was to store the file on the same server before placing it in the Ready folder.
