State Information Lost

I have clicked on a link to a blog that is still under review (From Stable Intermediate Form - SAP Blogs I clicked on "The Illusion of Control").

I observed a popup of the SAP Id provider (You have been authen...) and I was expecting the system to display the source of the blog, but all I got was an error screen "State Information Lost" with this text in the middle of somewhere:
