Hi experts,
Is there any option existing in SAP C4C to measure the performance of service agents? I have searched in reports but can't find any performance related report that can measure it for agents. Please help how should I do this?

You can use Data Source "SEODSRQDTS01" to create such report.
It seems there is no standard report for your requirement.
Use 1605 Admin Guide (Configure Reports) to check how to create customize reports.
