Account Assigmnet Cost Tab

Hi All

Here I am trying to capture functionality cost capturing at operation level for one of my client. I am new to this kindly share your valuable comment.

1) BF : LOG_EAM_OLC activate

2) In Config. node : Define cost setting -> Under costing at operation level

3_ Select the plant for which I want to capture cost at operation

4) Now getting tab Account assignment cost in maintenance order.

Now my query are

a) What config. I need to do in settlement rule, any special config. require.

b) How system pick all cost center of equipment's assigned to operations.

c) Do I need to assign it manually in Maintenance order settlement ( Any reference option is there like operation no. or Equipment no. )

kindly share pic of config and other screen shot if you have

Hi

• On the Account Assignment tab page for order operations, the Settlement Rule push button is available. You can use this push button to create settlement rules for the related operation. You can choose whether the system applies the settlement rules stored in the existing master data or whether you want to edit the settlement rules manually.

• At the order header level, you can centrally generate settlement rules for all operations that do not yet have a settlement rule. For this, you use the menu entry Order-> Functions-> Settlement Rules. The system then determines a settlement rule from the master data in the order and enters this rule in the relevant operations.

• When you create a maintenance/service order, you can use a new check box Settlement Rule. You use this check box to specify whether you want to copy existing settlement rules at the operation level from the specified reference order to the new order.

Hope this helps. Apart from these, settlement profile configuration remains the same.

Sorry to reply you so late. I am not getting " Account assignment tab " in order operation. Only one button is there elated to settlement rule. 

Which push button you are talking about related to operation please suggest,

Request you to share any scree shot for my reference.
