but i cant to connect from remote side local side no problem last two days ago i not facing that problem i think have some routing problem have any solution

From remote site (outside the network) you will have to use VPN to connect to the network and then login to the application.

Check with your networks team if there is any VPN setup and then have the respective client installed on your machine. Then with correct credentials you can login to SAP Application via VPN.

I know dear this is very simple problem is i am already use SAProuter String in sap system but that is not work and show error massage

In that case i will suggest you to check that the Router is up and running and the server your trying to connect the IP for it is maintained in the route tab file.
