Error: Requirements are not fulfilled for condition XXXX in ME21N

Hi Experts,

While creating PO (ME21N) with respect to RFQ, I am getting the following error.

" Requirements are not fulfilled for condition XXXX"

If i create PO with respect to PR I am not getting any error. its allowing to create PO.

is there any reason Please guide me.
