Hello community,
I recorded with HTTPWatch the system performance. I would like to open a incident about this. I went to Business Configuration --> Open All Activity --> Fine Tunes --> Activities --> CUSTOMER-DEFINED DOCUMENT TYPES FOR ATTACHMENTS but when I insert .hwl or only hwl the type isn´t valid. Any advice please?

Hi Bruno,
.hwl is not supported.
You can zip the file and then attach it with incident.
