Tax not calculating in PO

Hi,

In my Company TAXINJ procedure is used.

When i extended the material in new plant then system is not calculating the tax while in existing PO system is calculating the tax.

second when i create the new material then also system is also not calculating the tax.

although i maintained the material in J1ID.

please advise us where i am lacking.
