I'm using SAP Crystal Reports for Enterprise, and in the help section it says that excel is a valid data source.
However there's no help on how to actually connect to an excel spreadsheet, anywhere that I can see.
Have people had success in building sub-reports/reports with an excel spreadsheet as the data source?

Hi Matt,
1) Setup a 32-bit ODBC Connection to the Excel File using the 'Microsoft Excel Driver (*.xls, *.xlsx, *.xlsm, *.xlsb)' driver.
2) Open CR for Ent > Choose Data Source > Connection By Vendors > Microsoft > Microsoft Excel 2007 > ODBC > Choose the ODBC you created in Step 1.
