Unable to Create Sales Order WRT Quantity Contract

Hi SAPiens,

My client unable to create Sales order with reference to Quantity Contract.

The Material Information not copying from Quantity Contract.

Message : The system has collected messages ( see log ) V2112

This is newly created material in production. User able to create Sales order for other Materials except this.

Please Advise.
