Private comments on SAP Answers by followed user appearing in my Activity Stream

Dear 1DX team

As mentioned in the title, private comments by @Steffi Warnecke in the following question appears in my activity stream. Maybe Steffi can elaborate further on the setting for the comment, but according to her comment, I shouldn't be able to see it since I do not have moderator rights.
