Hi Patrick,

What are the settings you have for "Viewer Settings WEBGUI" in OAG1?

You can try:

( ) Use HTML Control

(*) Call Internet Browser

or to use the HTML Control.

Is there any difference?

BTW, any zoom factor different than 100% is not supported in WEBGUI (SAPGUI for HTML), so it is for Personas.

Kind regards,

Cris

Brilliant Cris - many thanks for the feedback.

I have reset both of these flags as below and now the NWBC level is defaulting to 80% but just very confused as to why this was necessary. We don't use Archive Link at this stage (although we do use Open Text) and the user's have only recently started to complain this was a problem - could anything have updated these parameters automatically?

Regards.

Patrick.

Hi Patrick,

The "Windows Viewer Settings" will not affect Personas - as this is only valid when you access a transaction code for retrieve documents via SAPGUI for Windows.

I don't work a lot with the application area, so I only know about the WEBGUI settings in this t-code. Maybe this might be updated by a support package - but it is only an assumption without evidence.

Kind regards,

Cris

Hi Cris,

When I tried changing the Webgui settings only there was no change - it was only when I changed both did the problem resolve.

Thanks for you interest.

Regards.

Patrick.
