Unable to Add Cloud System in sap hana studio

Hi Team,

I am getting the following error while trying to connect to SAP Cloud from sap hana studio.

Could you please help to i need to change any proxy settings in hana studio to connect add Cloud system.

Go to Windows-> Preferences -> Network Connections. I am able to add the Cloud system when the active provider is set to Native.

SAP hana Studio version is 2.1.19.

Cloud instance ?? you are asking about The SAP Cloud System ??

Hi Anand,

Please confirm your HANA Studio version. Please check if you are connecting thru Internal IP or External IP address of Cloud Instance.

I would suggest to connect thru Eclipse IDE (Luna , Mars).
