Hi ,

Have u selected All Characteristics while execution QE03 t code.

You can able to see all Characteristics after this selection.

i select all charecterstics.still iam not able to view results

Please check if the recorded results are saved in tables QASE/QASR/QAMR. If it's available, then please double check the inspection results using correct inputs like inspection lot number, operation number, etc or check in QE51N.

Goto Usage decision transaction enter Inspection lot, click on character Tab and again click on "Char

Relevant for Usage Decision then You can see Results have valuation or not and also can see Results.
