We are doing an upgrade on CRM mobile sales from 3.0 to 4.0.
For some of the collisions we are experiencing MAS gives a strange message.
When trying to view differences we get the following pop-up twice:
This event does not have a subscription. It is only possible to view it
When we want to work on the collision, the normal possibilities "accept baseline version", "accept change list version and "merge" are not possible to choose, instead there is a new possibility to choose: Mark as resolved. We can see that there are differences in the two versions, so we would like to have the possibilities to solve these as we normally do.
Have any of you experienced this before, do you know how to solve it?
