Mobile application studio gives strange pop-up when solving collisions!

Hi.

We are doing an upgrade on CRM mobile sales from 3.0 to 4.0.

For some of the collisions we are experiencing MAS gives a strange message.

When trying to view differences we get the following pop-up twice:

This event does not have a subscription. It is only possible to view it

When we want to work on the collision, the normal possibilities "accept baseline version", "accept change list version” and "merge" are not possible to choose, instead there is a new possibility to choose: Mark as resolved. We can see that there are differences in the two versions, so we would like to have the possibilities to solve these as we normally do.

Have any of you experienced this before, do you know how to solve it?

Hi Mia,

I think this might be happening because the event might be deleted in one of the versions.

I would suggest go ahead with the available option, resolve the conflict.

At the same time, take both versions of event & prepare a merged version externally.

Once all conflicts are resolved, open the event (only if you need it), and put the merged code in a new changelist. Then release the new changelist.
