Hi everyone,

In 2016 and in future will the global certification in SD module (I am not talking about other modules like ABAP or MM or PP or FICO but specifically on Sales & Distribution module of SAP) help freshers find a job in SAP SD ? or is only for those who has some jacks in SAP companies or with experience?

Thanks in advance

With Best Regards

Hi,

Just certification cannot land you in Job,you need to have some initial experience hands on SAP-SD.

once you gain experience certification will be an added advantage

Hi

Thanks for the reply ,but then how do I gain the experience? And also ,when the situation is like only experienced person can be hired, why can't SAP & their authorized partners set the eligibility criteria to get the certification, for example, 'candidate should have real-time experience to sit for the training and certification'

Hi,

Initially you need to search for a break on SAP-SD and work hard regardless of the salary

once you gain experience you will have more oppurtunities

Namrata,

Your question is similar to is cement relevant for building a house? Ofcourse yes, but if you expect to build a house with only cement, then you are incorrect and its impossible.

To succeed in SAP SD you need lots of things, and way down the list is a certification. On top of the list are SD experience, business process experience, enthusiasm, high desire to learn, hardwork, perseverance, luck.
