SAP Rounds manager

I would really appreciate if you could confirm if the below two features are available out of the box in SAP Rounds manager OR it needs custom development to include these features.

Features:

1. Assign rounds to SAP Round Manager users on a scheduled basis
2. Report of completed/uncompleted rounds with lacking values
