SAP Rounds manager

I would really appreciate if you could confirm if the below two features are available out of the box in SAP Rounds manager OR it needs custom development to include these features.

Features:

1. Assign rounds to SAP Round Manager users on a scheduled basis
2. Report of completed/uncompleted rounds with lacking values

1. This would be a backend function and not something I would normally expect to be done on the mobile device.

2. Depending on the requirement this might be a backend report as well.
