SAF - ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

All,

I'm busy with the post-installation of SAF for CRM 4.0 on WAS 6.20.

I installed all necessary components like described in the instguide:

- JDK 1.3.1_10

- J2EE Engine PL 18

- SDM PL 14

- Java Connector 2.0 PL 12

- Basic Java Libs SP 20

- TREX 6.0 - without portal (with succesfull test)

- SAP-CRMSAF 4.0 SP 10

Now, during post-installation, when creating the RFC for SAF Compilation Service HTTP Connection I always get error message when testing connection: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

anybody an idea?
