No price printed on pro forma invoice

Dear all,

following issue:

stock transfer order from plant A to either plant B or plant C. All different countries.

via VL10b a delivery is made for the STO.

After that a proforma invoice is created and printed.

For plant B a total price is printed but for plant C nothing is printed.

Delivery type, position type, copy control is all the same for both plants B and C, only the plant differs. In VTFL ZF8 to ZNL is defined.

What else can be the reason for not printing the price for plant C.

Printing program, smartform?

Would like to hear your suggestions.

Thanks!

1. Do you have the price populated in both ZF8 documents? I guess you print the price from the proforma, is this the case?

1.1. If no: check why your price is not populated. When you are done with that, check the result again. If still the price is not shown, proceed to 1.2.

1.2. If yes:

1.2.1 Are you using the same smartform for both cases?

1.2.1.1. Yes - check the logic in the smartform and see why it is not determined for plant C.

1.2.1. 2. No - compare the two printforms and see why you are not getting the price for plant C.

There is a very slim chance that you can get useful replies in SCN - your document types start with Z, probably your outputs are also not SAP standard.

If you face problems with understanding the logic in your printforms and there is no documentation provided, it will be more efficient to ask a colleague from the development team to help you.

Hi Veslina,

i checked again and i noticed that the print program contains hardcoded data. In this case if plant B is in the proforma then determine the total price by performing moving average price / unit of measure * quantity in proforma. After that the valuta conversion takes place. The result is printed on the proforma.

It seems i have to add plant C hardcoded to the print program.

Thanks!

If you have a lot of plants it will be better to un-hardcode that... e.g. in a customizing z-table or if there is some meaningful criteria, based on which to determine when to use a specific price, add the logic in the program instead of just plant C.
