Absent days not highlighting Team Calendar of MSS for one Employee

Hello team,

We are having one Issue where Manager is raising Leave request behalf of n Employee and not able to see Absences / Leave days in Colour.

This is happening for only one employee.

We have checked the Org Assignment Structure everything are correct also checked OODP Maintained for this employee.

There are around 10 Employees for this manager However only for this Single Employee Manager is not able to view Absences / Leave days in Colour however Absences / Leaves days are in IT 2001 as we as PTARQ also we can see on Portal - We cross checked applying leave on same day and getting collision error.

Kindly guide us.

Hi member,

you should compare infotype 1 of one working person and the non working person. If there is a difference check the authorities of the manager.
