How to view Asset List based on Company Code....

Dear All,

How to view Asset List based on Company Code actually i was trying to view asset list in AW01N thru which only one asset can be viewed at a time.

But i want to know if there is any T.Code to view asset list based on company code. In fact there are t.code's to view asset list based on some other criteria's like,

S_ALR_87011979 - by Cost center

S_ALR_87011980 - by Location

S_ALR_87011981 - by Class

S_ALR_87011982 - by Plant

S_ALR_87010137 - by Bar code

Because what if at the time of creation the above mentioned elements have been overlooked to entered.

Please assist on the same.

Hi Srinivasan,

You can get the above details from the table ANAL, but here you cannot see transaction details. So check the reports AR01/S_ALR_87012936.

You will get those details from ANLA table, You can create a query report also by using this table.

Hi, Venkatakrishnan.

In fact, almost all reports from FI-AA have company code.

For instance: in the reports that you listed at your message, try to push the button "All Selections" to have company code and many others fieds, including in these, some very usefull output formats.

You will note that those you listed are all the same report, just with a first front end screen a little bit different. Bar code is out of the group. 🙂

ps: "all selections" is the buttom with Plus sign in it - the last one.

It is Asset History Sheet report, but will serve your purpose

Did you try transaction S_ALR_87011963 ?

The above transaction will give you the list of all the asset balance for company code based on

Depreciation area for any particular date. Try various options provided by the report.

I reckon, the report should suffice your requirement.
