OS/DB Migration from Unix/Oracle to Windows/MSSQL

We have a requirement to build a legacy server with OS/DB migration to keep old data into newly built system.

So please provide valuable inputs like how to start and proceed in a best way.

What are the prerequisites for this? What actions we need to take from old system (Unix/Oracle)? Which software/ method best suites for this?

Any particular preparation needed?
