Scrap Receipt against Production Order _ OBYC ZOF Error

Dears

We are receiving scrap with movement type 531 with account assignment object 'Order'.

However, we are not able to post due to error saying that:

I believe that ZOF transaction key is triggered when goods receipt without a Production Order.

Since we are doing the MB1C against a Production Order, why system is giving this error ?
