Trying to run S_ALR_87012077 for vendor information system

Hi All,

I am trying to run S_ALR_87012077 which is a standard sap report for vendor information system.

When executing this report I get a message saying "No evaluation exists"

When I check for the message there is some configuration which needs to be done.

The first configuraion is in FY01 which is copying standard settings and I am able to do that successfully.

The second step would be to define data volume, select evaluation and generate evaluation.]

I need your expert advice on how do I do the remaining three steps of configuration to run this report. I have tried many things and also searched on google but nothing of upto the mark. It will be great if you can help or point me to a document which will help me to achieve this.

Please help, this is a bit urgent.
