Ship-to address on purchase marketing documents

I have read the standard documentation and also forum discussions.

I am trying to you the default warehouse address as the ship-to address that is populated in the logistics section of a purchase order/quote/etc.

I have set document settings to "Use Warehouse Address" and have checked that there are no user defaults that override this. I have also checked that the warehouse has an address populated.

Instead of the expected behavior I am getting our companies mailing address pre-populated.

Anyone know what is going on?
