EPM Local Member Conditional Formatting

Hello,

On my local member for VAR $ and VAR % I want to have conditional formatting applied based H8 that has a value that is a threshold. How can I apply a conditional formatting that turns the local member data section green if over the number in H8 and red (for example) if the number is less than H8? (H8 is the $10,000,000 value)
