Error : Installation SAP B1 9.1 on win 10

Hello,

I want to install the SAP B1 9.1 on WIn 10.

But a have an issue when i try to install the SAP B1 Server Tools. When i enter the password for sa account. It is occur an error : "The Specified Database server could not be connected via the TCP/IP Protocol... Ensure that ................

But Before the installation :

-I desactived the firewall and antivirus

-i verify if the TCP/IP Protocol is enabled

-I change the password of Sa for make sur is not the problem.

By the way my installation SAP 9.1 on win 7 is OK.
