Buttons are not visible in article while editing

Hello Experts,

We are facing an issue in Production environment in Home Page Management Role.

Issue description:- When is trying to edit an article, in advanced paragraph section, the buttons provided by SAP are not visible properly.

Is there any solution to this ?

We tried giving user full control in authoring permission, but still the user is unable to view the button.

I have attached the screenshot of issue.

Former Member can u help us with this ?
