Unable to import iDoc in PI 7.31 Single Stack

Hi,

Moving from 7.11 dual stack to 7.31 single stack and I am migrating some interfaces. I am able to import the iDoc and iDoc meta data into the 7.11 system but not the 7.31 system. When I attempt to import the iDoc meta data I see the following message.

Now I assume that 7.31 is a lot stricter and will not allow me to import unreleased iDocs. I am able to import other iDOcs into the system so I know its not an issue with communications.

Am I right? Do I need to get the iDoc released? Is there a workaround that anyone is aware of?
