Business Partner is not visible into PPOME

Dear Experts,

I'm not able to see Business Partner icon under the T code PPOME/PPOSE.

As shown below under the list of options available on Left side of PPOME, option for Business Partner is not displaying. It is visible in my other system.

can you please guide if there's some setting behind this..
