Hi,
All the tiles was ok. Today, I saw "Cannot load tile". It was working ok when the consultants set it up.
Questions:
1) How to find out which apps cannot load? From the Launchpad, there's no title on the apps that have problem loading.
2) I checked authorization, no changes on authorization since it has been set up.
3) Is there any error log file to find out what is the problem?
Hope to have some guidelines.

Hi,
From the browser developer xml file, there's error where need to change password for HANA login for those 403 forbidden error.
I did not change my password.
In HANA Studio, there's maximum password lifetime. Is there anywhere to set so that I do not have to change my password and the password never expired?

Hi ZL,
Can you ask your HANA/Basis Admin to reset the password and share with you?
We also had changed the HANA DB Password once.
Also, In case SSO is configured b/w Web Dispatcher and HANA DB it should automatically log you in else it should prompt for logging into HANA DB when you login to your Fiori launch pad.

Check the browser console to check the error(s). Also check the transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG on the front end system to check what errors are displayed.

Thanks for your guidelines. I tried /IWFND/Error_Log, nothing there.
I tried browser console and got the following:
Failed to load tile: Error (403, Forbidden) in OData response for GET "/sap/hba/r/sb/core/odata/modeler/SMART_BUSINESS.xsodata;o=HANA/Catalogs('HANA_CATALOG_MODELER')/Chips?$filer=id%20eq%
details in attached text file.
May I know how to solve this?
