Intracompany asset transfer for a full depreciated asset

An Asset(Value- Rs 1600) was full depreciated for year 2014 . We want to reclassify the asset into new asset class at the acquisition value(Rs-1600) for year 2015 . But i am getting the following error ( Screenshot enclosed) .

On analysis it was found the for target asset class cut off value key is defined as 10% due to which the error came . On taking the cut off value key as blank , it is allowing to post the entry but at nil acquisition cost ,whereas we want to reclassify at its acquisition cost .

Also , no memo value have been defined in tcode OAYI . Please advise how to proceed.
