Intracompany asset transfer for a full depreciated asset

An Asset(Value- Rs 1600) was full depreciated for year 2014 . We want to reclassify the asset into new asset class at the acquisition value(Rs-1600) for year 2015 . But i am getting the following error ( Screenshot enclosed) .

On analysis it was found the for target asset class cut off value key is defined as 10% due to which the error came . On taking the cut off value key as blank , it is allowing to post the entry but at nil acquisition cost ,whereas we want to reclassify at its acquisition cost .

Also , no memo value have been defined in tcode OAYI . Please advise how to proceed.

Hi Rakesh

It seems you asset is not fully depreciated in Tax Dep Area 15

So in ABZU, you must specify an amount which is equal to the depreciation posted, in each depreciation area

Hi Rakesh,

Create a new custom transaction type by coping the standard transaction type 700 and limit the custom transaction type for dep.area 01. Then after use this transaction type in ABZU for posting.

1. Do ABZU for the existing asset and bring the value back I.e to 1600

2. Then do ABUMN
