Resetting query filter

Hi Experts,

We have a weird issue. User is applied a wrong filter (wildcard) to Search Master Agreement & agreements query.

Due to which the query is getting timed out.

Now whenever we tried to preview it goes with previous filter selection & ending it in time out.

The following is sample screenshot for other user to give you an idea which filters are involved.

Actual user can not able to see these option right now when he try to preview it goes in 'Time out' mode.

Can anybody help me how we can reset these filters value?

I already tried by clearing the cache & also tried with new session,

but each time the filter takes same value.

I will be very thankful for you expert comment on this.

Hi Nishant,

In the query definition, click on Filter Prompt and open the filter that is caching the value. Look if 'Prefill Value from Cache' is checked. If yes, uncheck it and try. For reference, here is a screenshot:
