Mapping CR (carriage return) and LF (linefeed) as string for the target system

Hallo,

the payload from the SAP Backend has for CR the string 
 and for LF 


Without mapping this string in the payload for the target System is 
 0D and 
 is 0A.

Can anybody tell me how is it possible in the target payload to transfer the string 
 and
