Unable to delete Planning Scenario in MS32

We want to delete planning scenarios in MS32. When I am trying to delete dependent requirements system pop up shows "Delete data in Inventory Control". When I tick the indicator for the same and try to delete it either 'Immediately' or 'Background', I am getting ABAP dump. Developer analysed this and told that it is because of very high amount of data. Can anybody tell how to resolve this issue?

How to find corresponding data in Inventory control for the planning scenario if we want to delete in parts?
